Answer ONE of the following questions, addressing the endings of Idoru, Machinal, Frankenstein, Metropolis, White Noise, and Solaris as well as at least 1 poem we read this semester, and (if you choose) putting the texts into the contexts provided by the appropriate aesthetic movement (Romanticism, Expressionism, Postmodernism). You can choose the length of your answer from a minimum of one (substantial) paragraph to a maximum of 3-4 page essay answer.
